Alex presents 2015 Ginetta Junior Scholarship award to new scholar Stuart Middleton.
12 months ago, Alex picked up the top award at the Ginetta Junior Scholarship at Bedford Autodrome. Now it was his turn to return to Bedford to present this year's award to the new scholar.
But, before presenting the award he took the opportunity to jump back into his Ginetta Junior car and complete a number of fast laps around the circuit. The rest of the day was then spent helping and advising the drivers who had made it through to the final.
"It doesn't seem that it was a year ago that I was last at Bedford competing in the 2014 scholarship. It was great to come back and share my experiences with this year's entrants." Commented Alex.
A total of 57 budding racing drivers entered the 2015 Ginetta Junior Scholarship and at the end of the three day event it was Stuart Middleton who picked up the winners trophy from Alex.
